Consortium Meeting 3, 24 & 25 February 2025

The 3rd Consortium Meeting (CM3) for the Open Asia project was hosted by the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET) on 24th & 25th February 2025. Key partners gathered to review implementation progress, financial reporting, and strategies for long-term project impact.   

Key Highlights:

• Discussed progress and amendments across active Work Packages (WP1 to WP7), spanning quality control, financial reporting, quality assurance, and project progress.   
• Brainstormed strategies for exploitation, multiplier activities, and sustainability planning to maximize long-term outcomes.
